ATC has the capabilities to design and build plastic and metal injection molds (MIM) for prototype thru production with a high level of expertise in overmold and two-shot applications. 

ATC has invested heavily in the latest high speed machining technology both in milling and EDM. 
 
Milling - Machining of cores and cavities up to 56 rockwell hardness.

EDM sinker - Using a silicon additive (HQSF) in the EDM oil allows us to achieve superior surface finishes which in some cases eliminates the need for polishing.
