 ATC offers a dedicated injection molding Class 100,000 Clean Room for markets including Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Bioscience. All supporting processes such as dryers and chillers are outside the clean room. Air handlers and Hepa filters help ensure partial counts well below ISO Class 8 standards.
Our newly built Clean Room is equipped with Nissei's High Performance PNX/FNX hybrid Injection Molding Machines. The machines offer a unique combination of hydraulic control and servomotor drive technologies. The high-rigidity direct clamping system and excellent injection performance enable us to perform a versatile range of moldings including thin-wall, thick-wall and complex tight tolerance shapes.
